How about neither, a cold shower every morning and at nighth if necessary will suffice. I never use hot water, as cold will shock your skin more and get you out faster! Wakes you up nicely, try it.

Hat or no hat? (If 'hat', then what kind of hat?)

(Never could wear one myself, my family told me I was losing my hair by eighteen, and it was getting MIGHTY thin, guess I should've listened.)

cold water wud also shrink ur u no wats lol.
