Chris, I know how you feel. I've been there. BUt you managed to see the positive side and that there are worse off people in the world.

When I get like that, I look around at what I already have. Friends, family, personal accomplishments even if that only means saying no to the donuts! I have been overweight and lost it. It is all in the mind TRUST ME. Once the mind starts making excuses, it all goes to hell. I found visualising my slimmer self was always motivating, and still is (even though I have put up 7lbs over the last year) I am still happy. I will lose the 7lbs when I see fit but I am happy at the moment.

BUt You have us here! I am so pleased you feel comfortable with us enough to share these feelings. It's great to get them out and we are here for you!

Chris dont ever put yourself down EVER, always take the offensive in life...nobody can change whats really in your heart, no one can tear your beleifs apart. Always follow your true goals in life that your inner self keeps telling you that you'll never reach and achieve...I'v been there with the money problems, so i kinda know the feeling, take everyday in its stride and know in your mind theres a brighter future...theres an outcome for every miserable situation, Dont let NOTHING stop that, Have patience and positivity my good man, and ye shalleth prevail :tmbup2:
