Has anyone got a GPS navigation system for thier car?

Well im looking at getting an IPAQ given to me by my KIND employers, i was wondering if anyone had one and what is the best navigation software to put on. Id like something that shows me accident black spots as well as routes and congestion points to avoid.

not that i drive, but i heard that Magellian thing is good
