I don't think Rosey and Mick is as bad as people were worried though... I have to wait until I have a CD in my possession before I know which tracks are ones that I'll constantly "skip"

I'll definatley be skipping 2 become 1. The 0304 version is much better. I'm loving everything else though. Did anyone else notice Stronger Woman has a longer intro on the album version?

I'm gonna have to disagree. I think this version is better than the 0304 Version.
I wasn't crazy about the start of it, but it's not bad.

I really enjoyed Rosy and Mick which is odd cuz I never liked that song at all.

I just really like this album so far.

I like her voice on Rosy and Mick...but the music is not what I expected for the song... imagine if there were other lyrics like something happier it would suit the melody better don't you think? the chorus is just all wrong... I think this is one of those songs that won't grow on me ever...

But the other songs are ok...

It's weird to have new studio songs ! After a first listen, I (still) love "Love Is A Garden" and "Perfectly Clear". For the rest, it has to grow in me, but I like everything ! I guess I'll love each song in one day or two. Her voice is amazing !

I'm going to go ahead and preorder the album because that's just how I roll for Jewel, but I suspect I will never listen to it. Sad.

I've had that problem recently, too...if you got o iheartmusic.com and browse around, you should find it and it won't redirect.

OK, that does the same thing...so just let the Usher advertisement play.... it's ~20-30 seconds...afterwards, you can hear it!

Lol I felt the same with the whole Usher thing...I cringed when his advertisement popped up...but not as much as I cringed hearing this new Jewel album. I'm sticking to my general critique that this album is her best as far as lyrical content and vocals, just not musical genre.

"Thump Thump" is a beautiful song, all of the songs are...until all the fracking instruments kick in. All the songs have that stupid whiney looop in the background. AND WHY DOES THE CHORUS TO ROSY AND MICK SOUNDS LIKE IT NEEDS RITALIN????
I did enjoy the grandeur and class of "Anybody But You."
I love 0304 for 2 Become 1 and this version is sub par, there's no playfulness or romance to it.
"I DO" sounds flat until the very end when Jewel kicks in with power vocals.
June 2 Ninja Gaiden II comes out for the Xbox 360... all I'm saying......

stronger woman still says "frisky" and not "horny".... i guess she just completely ditched that version? i liked it better the original way.
