3 bids in so far and 2 days left so if you're interested in this item, I recommend you get bidding soon.
Thanks |

As you all may be aware, we ran the auction and after a few bids, had a successful new owner. They are not a member of the JKF however but even so, the donation has been made on their behalf.
THe winning bid was £16 (approx $25). I decided to double whatever the winning bid was so in dollars, altogether, $50 was donated. Thank you to kops27, the ebay member for your kind donation and we hope you enjoy the photo. Thanks to everyone who helped with the auction and commiserations to those who were not successful. A drop on www.giveadrop.com has been posted by us to show that the donation is on behalf of the winning bidder. You will be able to find it under J. EU |

Thats a pity Kiera that i missed the end of the autographed photo auction on Ebay,i would have made a bid,i think £16 was pretty cheap for a photo that was confirmed as genuine,i would not normally bid on these things as you never know for sure if they are authentic but i know your photo was.
Well done for raising the money for such a good cause. Sorry i have not been on the forum as much as i once was but i still log in to check things out when i have time. Glad to see your all still here and fighting fit, keep up the good work on the forum. Cheers Crawfy ! |

Thanks Crawfy. It was a shame that more wasn't raised but i doubled it to give a good donation. I've been in contact with the buyer a few times since the sale and actually made a new friend so that's great. Hope things are well with you. Thanks for checking in. Take care

Yes but we more than doubled that plus the cost of the original photo which also went to charity so more than $65 has been donated to charity altogether. That's definitely a good thing.
