'Sat but true' My fave will always be the black album. A lot of Met fans disagree with me but I just adore it. Load is what I consider easy listening Metallica. The album cover is basically the blood and semen of the guy who made the cover. But it is so original, no one else has done it and although quite yuck, I still enjoy the album itself. |

Sorry all you Av haters, but I do love the Under My Skin cover...
But on a more credible note, I love the Afterglow artwork :0 I've got the back cover of Heather Nova's "Siren" as a poster at home which is an *amazing* photo. Talk about get lost in her eyes. |

you know, i actually kind of like Avril Lavigne, from what i have seen of her-which granted isnt much, i dont keep up with anything-i liked that she wasnt all tramped up, and i like the music of hers that i have heard.

Yeah, Avril's not all that bad ;)
Talking about all tramped up - she DID do MAXIM - but with quite possibly one of the most clothed photoshoots ever, so fair play to her - take the cash but keeps her clothes on :D |

It an interesting album cover nonetheless. However, I love your Sarah McLachlan suggestion. Really nice honest image and she looks so beautiful and natural too.

Completely agree - Sarah's stunning, so naturally beautiful! And unbelieveably talented to boot... was SO worth seeing her live 3 times last year (about ?90 worth of tickets that was!! Was front row centre for Birmingham though which was priceless - and the Albert Hall gig was just WOW!)
Another cover I like - Garbage's "beautifulgarbage" - very underrated I reckon, as it's one of their best CDs in my humblest opinions... (Cup Of Coffee is my fave track on it) |
