Yeah, I prefer the album version also. I must say her vocals here as STUNNING. The best vocals on the album IMO. I'd love to see it as a single in the future.

I'm more inclined to sway towards the duet version. Joe's vocals in that song are heart melting and combined that with Jewel's heart wrenching emotional performance, this song makes me just melt. I simply adore it.
I do like what they've done on the album version but I think they need Joe on there as well. |

I don't care for the album version. I really love the duet version and I think the album version keeps the tone lighter than it should be for such a song. (I feel the same about the album version of Rosey & Mick)

LOVE it! My 3rd fave song on the record after "Loved By You (Cowboy Waltz)" and "Anyone But You". ABY and ERMOY really need to be her next singles- they'd be HUGE hits...it's frusturating me that she's picking the wrong singles.

I'm going to have to agree, I love his voice! This version is so different though that it's like 2 different songs. |

They do sound like 2 different songs. I think the same about Rosey and Mick. Even on the album the lyrics and the music of Rosey and Mick sound like 2 different songs together. Not sure what they were trying to achieve. It just about works but I think this song could have been 'countryfied' in more blended way.
Both Rosey and Mick and Everything Reminds me of You are among my all time favourites so it's most likely me being a bit biased to the live versions. But I don't think anyone here would be surprised at that |

It's hard to judge the album tracks fairly when you've heard them live so many times. I have to say though, to me Jewel shines as a live artist.
