Jewel and Mike
Jewel is absolutely one of my favorite artists. I love everything about her from her beautiful looks to her natural soothing sound. Those are a few traits that I look for when I want to find something new to listen to. When I came across Mike Oldfields myspace page (http://www.myspace.com/michaeloldfield) I was so impressed with his work. There is a song called Tears of an Angel that almost made me cry with how emotionally moving it is. I cant wait to get my paycheck this week so I can get his new album called Music of the Spheres. Has anyone else heard of him before?

OMG - I just love Mike Oldfield. RObby, you would know his work as he did the soundtrack to the Exorcist with his music 'Tubular Bells'. Don't be put off by the fact that his music was used for a horror movie because there is so much more to his music than that.
I totally recommend, socialcrawl, that you invest in 'Songs of a Distant Earth'. It's one of the most beautiful albums I have in my collection and the best from Mike Oldfield. He's also just released a new album but I haven't got it yet. |
