Is there any way possible...
I could download those awesome recordings from the Library at Jewel's official website? I just listened to those clips and I LOVE them! My faves are the live versions of "Last Dance Rodeo", "Everybody Needs Someone Sometime" and "Down So Long" and the songs I never heard before like "I Thought I Saw You Last Night", "If My Heart Were Made Of Gold" and "Violet Eyes". I already own "Rocker Girl" though. The vid clips of "Carnivore" and "Who Will Save Your Soul" are also great, and I wish there was some way I could transfer them to audio.

If you're on a mac, you should look into Audio Hijack Pro. I'm not sure I've found a program as nice for the PC... most of them record from your soundcard which can introduce electronic noise.

The freeware version has a 10-minute time limit on it, but it's per-session, not total. When you reach 10 minutes, it adds a LOT of static to the recording at the 10 minute mark.
I set it to detect silences of 3-4 seconds or more and split the recording at that point. Then, I'd record 1-2 songs, click the Hijack button to turn hijacking off, and click it again to turn it back on and start recording songs again. |

... or you could just loop your audio output into your input and record it that way... If you're using windows you can use Windows Movie Maker and just record it as narration, the quality is really good!

Audacity's a windows program. You'll probably have more options on the Windows side; my computer's noisy and would record the fans with music when I tried looping back as suggested here. Audio Hijack bypasses the sound card and actually records sound from specific programs.
