WHO WILL SAVE YOUR SOUL? was JEWEL'S FIRST SINGLE.

THE VH1STORYTELLER-VERSION ROCKS ME THE MOST.
SHE RULED AND ROCKED IN THE WOODSTOCK'99-VERSION.
BUT IT'S THE VERSION of "a life uncommon-DVD" THAT I'M ALWAYS PROUD OF PRESENTING TO MY FRIENDS. JEWEL ROCKS ON ALL VERSIONS.

JEWEL HAS BEEN PERFORMING THIS SONG A THOUSAND TIMES FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW. OF ALL THE VERSIONS YOU HAD WATCHED,
WHICH DO YOU LIKE BEST?

i really like the version that's on bits n' baubles. It's fast-paced and rocks my sox. I honestly don't like the really long drawn out versions of it though. And when she breaks out with the kitty gets hungry i turn the DVD player off.

I have to go with the Unplugged version of that with Joshua Redmond. Very well put together and I adore the sax on it.

As you maybe aware, WWSYS is my alltime favourite song. I like the kitty gets hungry, especially the sax version. I think i have about 5 versions now, but id love an instrumental version. So if anyone knows of a karaoke version lemmie know please.

Either that or some nice people like kyle, kiera or angeljo could record a guitar version for me :-)

Anyway, jewels english is appauling on WWSYS - the part when she sings "there aint nothing for free"

Well actually Jewel, the Queens english would sing "There is not anything for free"

yah - sometimes jewel uses improper english to make it sound better - like for example

KISS THE FLAME

there are nightmares on sidewalks
there are jokes on TV
there are people selling thoughtlessness
with such casualty -

now - i remember that guy on MTV making a scene with jewel over the proper use of CASUALTY - being a dead soldier - surely it sounds better than whatever else was more proper - and to me - no matter what he says - i think casualty should mean a description like jewel used it anyhow!
