Well I use a program called GifFun but it's the only one I could find for Mac OS X, so if you use Windows you can google it and find one easy, there is actually a lot for Windows. GifFun to be honest makes them too grainy I think and I can't find a setting to change that...

Yes I like them they aren't grainy like mine are. Although that one where she smiles looks like she has a breathing problem ha ha
