Any Ani DiFranco fans out there? Check her out at Righteousbabe.com. The media section has some songs you can listen to.
I admire her so much for starting her own record company at the age of 18 rather than give in to the corporate temptation. She has now released 20 albums and has quite a few other artists on her label that would have easily slipped through the music industry's cracks. She is a political activist and just a great performer. I don't think I've ever seen a better guitar player! Check her out :-) And if you already love her..... :urok:

I would suggest Living In Clip. Its a double CD of her live stuff. That way you get songs from her first 6 albums and the live experience all at the same time. Little Plastic Castles would be a perfect starter album too.

I started with the first album, which is just her and her guitar. Out of range would also be a good album to start with.
