I have found my new favourite Jewel !!!

I know, I am rather late

but I have just bought Jewel's "Goodbye Alice in Wonderland" and I........LOVE IT !

"Spirit" used to be my little favourite but now I think this one will have a very special place on my discothèque ! I listened to it at least four times the first day and found it so excellent.... Now I still have to discover "0304" but the reviews I had fiom it were not quite good so, for now I'll stick to my new fav' and play the cd until it falls into bits !!!!
I am now so impatient , I hope our good old J will give us even a greater album very soon !
And by the way

goodbye alice in wonderland is my favorite jewel album too!! it's just brilliant. and don't feel bad, i only just bought 0304 yesterday.

It really is a great album! It's been really overlooked by the media which is unfortunate. I love it and have been playing it a lot lately. Though I'm getting a bit itchy to listen to some classic Jewel

GAIW is an awesome album!!! I like 0304, it is at least a well-written and smart type of pop music (more than we can say for a lot of 'pop' music these days!). Really, if you've heard Jewel perform any of the 0304 songs acoustic, they really do still fit in with her other work. At least I think so anyway.

I agree with you DreamsLast. I also think that the melodies of 0304 are simply beautiful. Everybody let themselves say too much from the media and they do not try to make their own opinion about anything. They take medias opinion and don´t try to see further. But so works everything on earth.
It´s really a pretty CD full with pretty melodies.
I just say "Try to see further than the frontiers"
