You got 20/27 Your incorrect ones were no.8, no.9, no.15, no.17, no.22, no.23 and no.25 I think you may have thought you had no.22 right as it was close to the correct answer. sorry dave.

I'm confused about this question:
What song takes place in a public restroom? Louisa and Her Blue Guitar 2 Find U Fade Away Who Will Save Your Soul I could swear it was WWSYS, & I never even heard of Fade Away(the supposed correct answer). Was it really Fade Away, or am I confusing the lyrics with the video? I distinctly remember the WWSYS video since it was the first time I heard Jewel & that song made me a fan. So what was my score, just out of curiosity? |

yeah... that was a specially designed question..
the correct answer is Fade Away, because it takes place in a Kmart's bathroom. And I didn't ask about the video, otherwise it would be WWSYS. |

What was my score? I think 19/27 if I remember all the answers I put, but I'm not sure.

I'm sooooo happy!!! yayy!!!!! im gonna go out and buy one of those poster frames. The odd thing was that I was expecting a "I'm sorry, thank you for entering" e-mail from Dave. I was really iffy on a lot of my answers cause its been a while since i've read Chasing Down The Dawn, and I usually just flip to random poems in A night without armor when i get bored. yayy... Im soo happy!!!

Yes, I know! I said that my mistake was : chocolate / firearms ...
When I checked my answers for the first time, I thought that my answer to the question 22 was correct. When I checked again, I saw that I put "Lingerie, jewelery and chocolates", and this was wrong... the correct answer is "Lingerie, jewelery and firearms"... so I did 20 points. Congratulations to Bobby, and for you all of JKF! This was a very nice, funny and hard quiz!!! |

I haven't got a confirmation on how many I got right. Maybe the moderators accidently overlooked my post. I'm guessing 19 but I'm not sure.
Also, I'm not disputing any answers nor do I care that I didn't win. (This was a fun competition, prize or no prize), but I had some questions about some of the answers. Number 4 - Where does Jewel mention this? I remembered that they used to make Eskimo ice cream in Alaska, so that's why I chose Candy Corn. Obviously, the other 2 choices aren't sweet. Number 8 - I chose "empty bottles, dirty clothing, wet towels." This sounds like Jewel, at least when she was with Steve Poltz. Apparently, this has changed since she was dating Ty, but once again, I was wondering where the answer came from. Number 22 - I chose the last one because I seem to remember that Ty rides bulls (apparently not Jewel!), and I've seen pictures of Jewel with Jessica Simpson, and Jewel having her dog George dressed up. I think that first choice is hilarious, but once again, I was wondering where the answer "Lingerie, jewelery, and firearms" came from? Number 25 - When did she become addicated to Jelly Bellies? Just curious! Number 26 - When you say publishing company, were you referring to HarperCollins? If not, what were you referring to, and what does her snaggle-tooth have to do with it? Maaz |

most of the answers are in "Revealing Jewel: An Intimate Portrait from Family and Friends" and Chasing Down The Dawn and A Night Without Amor.

Well that explains it! I was missing a book (Revealing Jewel: An Intimate Portrait from Family and Friends). I had the other 2 (Jewel's own books).

runners up prizes will be on there way and are a secret, but we would like you to post a pic on here when you get them k.
Maaz - I know Bobby has answered your post, but Kyle set all the questions - you got 20 out of 27 I agree it would be a good idea if Kyle could quote' some of the answers because i for one didnt have a clue about some of the things, and i found the whole thing very interesting. If anyone would like to know there score just email me and i will let them know. Dave JKF admin
