Default Sweet and Wild Pre-order?

I have kind of lost track of Jewel because of not much going on. However last week I got an email from her official site announcing the new cd. They are also offering several pre-order packages. One is just the CD,another the CD Autographed, another is a autographed Coffee table book (from what I understand it is pictures from the making of the CD) and the autographed CD and last one is the same as previous + a baby taylor guitar.

The last two packages are kind of pricey. I think the package with the coffee table book is about $60 or $65 more than just the CD and after p&h it ends up being almost $100. Funny thing is they don't tell us how many pages the Coffee Table book is.

Seems kind of pricey if you ask me. Does anyone here know how many pages this coffee table book is?

Also has anyone here ordered? Just curious to know if I am the only one who thinks this pre-order is kind of pricey.
