Bits & Baubles
I just bout it, though I thought it was a CD from before she was famous... It is not. Where did I get that from?
What is Bits And Baubles? Did she release some poems as singles? It was only 5 dollars, so whatever. I havnt been here in a while!

From what I understand, it was a promo CD that Target sold back in '99. It has 7 tracks total- 3 live songs from her TV special Jewel Rocks The Rockies ("Who Will Save Your Soul", "Innocence Maintained" and "Cold Song"), plus 4 poems from her spoken-word Night Without Armor. I was lucky to find a copy at a used-CD store, some sucker didn't realize it was a collector's item he could've sold for more and I got it for 2 bucks!

I got mine on ebay for about $5 a few years ago.
It was really more of a promo CD. I remember when it came out that you could buy it on the official Jewel store and I ordered it but it never arrived. They never charged me for it and any followups got me nowhere. In the end, I got it on eBay. |

From what I remember it was a Target exclusive for a back to school special of some kind. Anyway, there's too different versions of it. The original has a lot of Jewel's artwork inside the cover, and the one that you're likely to get from eBay just has a single insert. It's still a great cd no matter what version you get though.

But I have to say I feel like a sucker, I paid $30 just to get the one that has the artwork inside! It's still not as much as I paid for Save the Linoleum though... that was rediculous.

I love that version of Innocence Maintained. I also love that version of WWSYS. Doesn't it have the 'hot dog' line on that version?
