That is SO TRUE. There's no intelligence left in a lot of music that's out now. It's all about way over-produced urban crap that only annoys the heck out of me! I no longer listen to the "pop" radio stations anymore for that reason. I'd rather throw in a Jewel CD any day!!!!

I never listen to the radio anymore, I just listen to the iTunes new music podacsts and stuff to find out what's new. I just can't take radio anymore... plus it's a waste of time when I can just listen to what I want on my iPod

There is this video of an Ipod being blended on youtube it's quite funnny. I don't think I would own an I-pod I have this thing about having what everyone else has it kinda bugs me.. I like to be one-of-a-kind so to speak and me owning an ipod i'd be buying into a trend which is not my style.
The radio is garbage i only listen to the country station so i could hear Crazy Ex girlfriend by Miranda lambert |

For anyone that doesn't know what I said here, this is what I said: I'm glad you both feel welcome here. We actually have quite a few french members here. I can tell you who they are, if you wish. We do prefer English here so that everyone can benefit from understanding each other but I think some people speak French. My french is not very good but I try to remember what I can from school |

I was thinking about it and not getting an ipod for the sake of not being trendy in this age of technology is sort of like not buying a car b/c everyone else is doing it. Not that I'm trying to be an @$$ I was just thinking about that.

Bi
People say Jewel is for homosexuals to you? When I say I love Jewel, they say "Who the hell is Jewel?". Damn teenagers. The only music they like is THE SAME noise repeating over and over again! Not music! Just talking fast! Noises and coochie popin'! Cant they understand good music? Artist with talent? Sadness

I don't get that a lot, but I think a big part of it is b/c I just like chick singers in general... Aimee Mann, Jewel, KT Tunstall, Michelle Branch, Alanis, Fiona Apple, these are some of my favorites and you can tell the genre is pretty similar folk style rock or acoustic... not that I don't enjoy testosterone music, I do. I enjoy all music cept rap and really bad pop music, just that like you said people listen to crap, so when they hear you listen to something that 95% of everyone else is listening to they have to point fingers and be @$$es...
