The Gaelic(irish) version on that translation page is wrong. The grammar is wrong but they got the actual words correct, sort of.

That kinda means good birth day you so I suppose it depends on how you look at it.

If the Gaelic is wrong it makes me wonder if *real* Klingons would say "Quchjaj qoSlIj"? You just can't trust everthing you read on the internet. ;)
