Default DVR Life

I was stopped at an intersection yesterday (i.e., red light) when I saw a car drive by. There was something unusual about it, but it drove by too fast for me to see it. So the first thing that came to mind was that I need to hit the "go back" button so that I can turn back time by 5 seconds and check out the car one more time.

Over the last couple of years, I keep finding myself hoping for that DVR button. If I had such a button, there would be a few situations that I would love to go back and re-experience!

I guess I'm addicted to my remote!

With the arrival of TiVo and Sky+, I think this has become a regular frustration for most of us. How did our parents cope?
