Yep everyone I got a great piece of advise but it's more of a preventative than a hangover cure but my best advise is:

Don't Drink!

Failing that, drink as much water as possible before going to sleep and drink a good few glasses of it as soon as you wake up and keep drinking water throughout the day. At the end of the day, a hangover is just dehydration. Rehydrate and your body will go back to normal.

I never get hangovers anymore let alone cure them since using this method. So I suppose it's another preventative and not a cure. LOL

Good point, but those of us with splitting headaches who are having difficulty walking aren't quite as lucky. But thanks for the tip. What was it about the Krebbs cycle? I've found that actually drinking the juice of four limes straight and tonic water help.

Anyway, to quote our Jewel girl, "I'm half alive but I feel mostly dead."

I took some survival courses where I was parachuted into the Mojave desert for two days and if I can make it through that, I can make it through this. I was eighteen, and never ben through such rough terrain. Captured a lizard, I'll never forget the taste of the blood of that lizard, that was the best tasting fluid I'd ever drank. And then after that I got really sick, so.....but I made it out okay.

I found out Cacti have a good supply of fresh water in them, too. Good stuff, once you break open the cactus.

a friend gave me some excellent advice at helping hangovers not be so bad

take a couple B12 tabs before drinking, it seems to help atleast with wine and meade

other than that, ya, don't drink-lol
