The Fragile Heart question..
Which version of "Fragile Heart" do you consider to be the best?? The old old original version, 0304, or GAIW?

So far, I prefer the latest version in terms of it's production but I'll always prefer the true original with the original lyrics.
But I voted GAIW version because I could listen to that more and more than the others. The copy I have of the original is poor so I don't listen to enough |

I like all 3 versions, but the original one is the best in my opinion. =) the gaiw version is better than the 0304one, because it sounds more seriouser and better produced, but than the 0304version has really cool (piping)tunes and so on. cya ^^

I prefer the GAIW version, but I don't believe I've ever heard the 'original version'. I don't particularly care for the production on the 0304 version.

The 0304 version just seems like it's missing something integral to it. I believe GAIW achieves that. 0304 just has a dweeby version. I assume Jewel knew this which is why she redid it for GAIW

I agree with you Kiera, I like the production quality on GAIW version but I love the original, i wish there was a produced version out there somewhere... the version I have isn't too bad quality, but not the best either... But I voted in terms of lyrics really, so I went w/ the original.
I still enjoy the 0304 for the weird twangy sound it has throughout and the whistling is neat as well, but overall I do prefer the GAIW version

Oh man, I can't stand the whistling....sorry, Gary. I also don't particularly care for the somewhat cheesy, bouncy production on it either (the 0304 version).

I will give credit where credit is due (for me). It's not my fav version but I do like the whistling and the way it sounds like shes playing some sort of tin can banjo guitar or something, what is that instrument? I think it sounds neat...

Does anyone have the origanal. Better yet, of Long Slow Slide?
Now you all know what I chose The one on 0304 is SOO much better! Its just that, Fragile Heart is so cheezy on GAIW. Plus, on 0304, it goes "So Bee-e. On GAIW, the "So Beeeeeee", doesnt suit it! Over all, of ALL the songs on both albums, there is a tie. Except for America and Steveinsvile (Excuse my spelling ) TX in my opinion. I know how all of you love S TX, so my judgement isnt allways right.

Sitdogboy you are going to axe me for this but I think Doin Fine is the song that 0304 could do without

Doin' Fine is one of the BEST ones! It is so beautiful! Its no tracks 10-12 (Maybe 4), but it is still great!
I need the original! I saw old video footage of Satilite and S TX on YouTube from beck in the day, but I really really really want Long Slow Slide T__T Someone help a Jewelor out.
